"The food was really good, not what I expected from a casual/fast food dining. Big portions. I had enough left over for 2 meals. I had the Cajun shrimp Alfredo meal. The bread that came with it was so soft and so good...we bought extra to take home! Wish we lived closer."

"A friend and I have been eating here for years and the food is very good but when we were there yesterday we had an unwelcome experience. We ordered 2 personal pan pizzas and a small salad and 2 drinks. For the salads we each asked for one of thousand island and one of French and we paid for our lunch. When our order came up we brought it to our table and started to eat our salads. A young man came over and with a woman watching at the counter told us we owed $2 for the extra dressing. My companion said we'd already paid for our food and there had been no mention of an extra $1.00 for each pack of salad dressing. My friend kept saying he should have told us at counter when we paid. It was not the extra $1.00 each of course it was the way it was handled. It made me feel small and as if we'd done something wrong. The older woman kept looking at us. Finally the young man said to forget the extra $1.00. Again we've been enjoying eating at Rafaels for many years and it was not about the $2.00 but it was about the way it made us feel. This is not how you do business!"

"Haven't had a bad experience yet and been coming here for a long time. They have a few other locations. You can't go wrong with the pizza it's better than the big corporate stores."

"Rafael's is a pizzeria. That is the home of the buy one get one. The pizzas were really good, and the atmosphere was a little busy and noisy. But I do have to say that the ranch dressing is over the top.Love that stuff because it is handmade.It did not come out of a bottle!"

"Found this place when craving pizza driving through Decherd. The staff was very nice, fried mushrooms were a large serving and delicious. We had the meat lover’s large pizza, it was piping hot and fantastic. The prices are very reasonable also. The sweet tea could have been a touch sweeter."
